Hockey game

So this past Saturday we went and took the kids to a hockey game with Patricks family, it was a lot of fun. The kids all got to have their little treats and they enjoyed the mascots and the game of course. Here a just a few of the pictures that we took while keeping the kids entertained. I sure do love my kids they are so fun and happy most of the time. Even though it was a late night for us and by the end of the game we were defiantly ready to go home and get some sleep. You can tell by the pictures with my makeup from when we started the game and then by the end of the game most of my make up is gone. But it was fun we had a great time.

A sigh of relief

So I just wanted to say what a relief it is that my husband has a job now after 15 months of unemployment. Its nice to see the check book actually have money in it. I know that is kind of shallow but its been a long time since I have felt like I could actually afford to go and get anything that wasn't necessary. Not that I have done any shopping but it is nice to know that if I feel like I want a new pair of shoes for example that I can get them without feeling guilty. I am so grateful for our family that has been helping us out and still helping out as we get back on our feet. They are wonderful and we are so blessed to have them in our lifes.

Let me introduce ourselves

This is my first blog ever and I have no idea what I am doing. So I will start out by introducing ourselves. Patrick and I have been married for 10 years in March, how the time does fly. We have been living in South Jordan with Patricks parents for the past 7 months while he has been searching for a job. Which I am pleased to announce that he found one, its just temporary as of right now but it can turn in to a full time job if they like his work and so far its looking good. We have three kids that are just wonderful. I was going to start with Aaliya but since this is my first time doing this it put Aaliya's last so we will start with Braden.
Braden is our baby, not that he is that little anymore. He will be turning 2 in February, Braden has natural curly hair that I love. And being a hair dresser I am sure that if it stays that curly he will hate it but for now I just enjoy it. He is the happiest baby and loves to follow his brother and sister around.
My Conner will be 6 in April and he is just a sweet heart. He loves to help out and he is my cuddle bug. He always wants to sit by me and watch movies or anything. He is in kindergarten and he seems to really enjoy it. It was hard to send him off to school at first because he was my baby for so long but he is learning so much.
This is Aaliya who is my sunshine. She is quite a handful but we love her just the same. She has a lot of Patrick in her temperament she likes to be the center of attention when she wants it otherwise she acts really shy. Aaliya turned 8 years old this last Christmas and was baptized by her father. That was such an amazing experience, I sure don't feel old enough to have a kid old enough to be baptized. I remember when I was baptized.
